Some Guidelines for Refund and Returns

We offer refunds or returns only under specific conditions:

✅ Printing Mistake from Our Side
If there’s an error in printing on our part, we will replace your order with a new, correctly printed item.

✅ Unable to Print as Requested (Before Printing Begins)
If we are unable to fulfill your printing requirements and production has not started, we will issue a full refund.

❌ Customer-Selected Design or Selection Errors
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds if the design or product selection was chosen incorrectly by the customer.

Since printed labels are custom-made and cannot be reused, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for all orders.
